1. Shipping Times: We strive to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary based on location. For purchase to order items, the shipping time may vary from 1-3 weeks. 

2. Shipping Options: Customers can select their preferred shipping method during checkout, including standard shipping or local delivery. A pick up option is also available.
